- الوصف الوظيفي تعلن شركة فاست نت عن حاجتها لتوظيف موظف دعم تقني للانضمام إلى فريق الدعم الفني، للتعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء التقنية المتعلقة بخدمات الإنترنت، وتقديم الحلول بسرعة وكفاءة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال ومعالجة طلبات الدعم التقني من العملاء عبر الهاتف أو الأنظمة الداخلية تشخيص وحل المشاكل المتعلقة بخدمة الإنترنت (سرعة، انقطاع، توصيل الأجهزة) التنسيق مع فرق الميدان (GPON) عند الحاجة لزيارة ميدانية تسجيل وتوثيق الأعطال والحلول في النظام متابعة العملاء لضمان رضاهم عن الخدمة
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة إلزامية في شركة اتصالات/إنترنت أخرى (دعم تقني أو خدمة عملاء تقنية) معرفة جيدة بأساسيات الشبكات (Router، Modem، WiFi) مهارات تواصل عالية والقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء تحت الضغط إجادة اللغة العربية، ويفضل معرفة العبرية و/أو الإنجليزية القدرة على العمل بنظام ورديات إذا لزم الأمر يُفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في أنظمة CRM أو أنظمة تذاكر الدعم (Ticketing Systems) معرفة بمعدات ONU/ONT وشبكات الفايبر (GPON)
