المهام والمسؤوليات
- نحن نبحث عن مدير تسويق ومبيعات طموح للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مجال عقود صيانة المرافق والمراكز التجارية والسكنية والمصانع، وتشمل أعمالنا أيضًا تنفيذ الإيبوكسي والتشطيبات والتكييفات والكهرباء
- المهام الأساسية: تطوير وتنفيذ خطط التسويق بما يضمن جذب الفرص المناسبة
- متابعة الفرص التجارية حتى إغلاق العقود بالتنسيق مع فريق العمل
- إعداد العروض التسويقية وتمثيل الشركة بشكل احترافي أمام العملاء
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة أو شغف واضح في التسويق/المبيعات (يفضل في قطاع المقاولات أو الخدمات)
رفع تقارير دورية عن الفرص والمبيعات ومدى التقدم نحو الأهداف
المطلوب في المرشح: مظهر لائق وحضور مهني
لباقة وتواصل قوي مع العملاء
القدرة على العمل ضمن هدف ومهام متغيرة، والالتزام بالمواعيد
مهارات تفاوض ممتازة وروح قيادة وتعاون
