المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد تقارير يومية بالمهام المنجزة، وجمع ملاحظات العملاء ورفع اقتراحات تحسين.
- تنظيم عالي ومهارة تواصل وشرح واضح.
تقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء وحل المشاكل التقنية اليومية بسرعة وفعالية
تدريب العملاء على استخدام أنظمة الشركة وشرح الإجراءات بشكل مبسط
التعامل مع إعدادات الشبكات الأساسية (اتصال، مشاركة، إعدادات IP..
إلخ)
تعريف وتثبيت الأجهزة الطرفية مثل الطابعات والماسحات وغيرها
سرعة في التعلم والتدريب والالتزام بإجراءات وقوانين العمل
مهارة ممتازة في استخدام الحاسب والإنترنت والتعامل مع الأنظمة والبرامج
معرفة جيدة بأساسيات الشبكات وأجهزة الكمبيوتر
مهارات جيدة في Excel
استيعاب فني ممتاز وقدرة على حل المشكلات بسرعة
الصفات المطلوبة نشيط/ة، مبادر/ة، يحب/تحب مجال التقنية والتطور فيه
صبر وسعة صدر في التعامل مع العملاء والمتابعة بدون ملل
