نبحث عن شخص نشيط وطموح للعمل في مجال التسويق واستقطاب الحلاقين للتسجيل في منصة متخصصة بحجز مواعيد الحلاقة. طبيعة العمل
المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة الحلاقين بعد التسجيل والتأكد من تفعيل حساباتهم وبدء استخدام المنصة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- استقطاب الحلاقين والتعريف بالمنصة وتشجيعهم على التسجيل.
- يمكن أن يكون العمل ميدانياً أو إلكترونياً حسب طريقة عملك.
- العمل مناسب لمن لديه مهارة في التواصل والإقناع وبناء العلاقات. الأجر: 5، 000 دينار عراقي عن كل حلاق فعّال يتم استقطابه وتسجيله ويبدأ باستخدام المنصة بشكل فعلي. مثلاً
- 10 حلاقين فعّالين = 50، 000 دينار
- 20 حلاق = 100، 000 دينار
- 50 حلاق = 250، 000 دينار
- القدرة على التواصل والإقناع.
- الجدية والالتزام.
- معرفة جيدة باستخدام الهاتف ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- يفضّل وجود خبرة في التسويق، ولكن الخبرة ليست شرطاً إذا كان الشخص لديه قابلية على العمل والتواصل. مكان العمل: البصرة للتقديم والتفاصيل: التواصل عبر رسائل الإعلان.

- 100 حلاق = 500، 000 دينار فرصة للتثبيت: في حال أثبت المسوّق جديته وحقق نتائج جيدة واستمر بالعمل، سيتم تخصيص راتب ثابت لاحقاً بالإضافة إلى إمكانية وضع حوافز وعمولات حسب الأداء
