مطلوب مسؤول مشتريات ومستودع تعلن شركتنا عن حاجتها لتوظيف مسؤول مشتريات ومستودع للانضمام إلى فريق العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات الشراء والتواصل والتفاوض مع الموردين
- متابعة طلبات الشراء والأسعار وعروض الموردين
- تنظيم المستودع ومتابعة حركة دخول وخروج الأصناف
- إعداد تقارير المشتريات والمخزون بشكل دوري
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- استلام وفحص المواد والتأكد من مطابقتها للطلبات
- إجراء ومتابعة الجرد الدوري للمخزون
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وتحديد النواقص قبل نفاد الأصناف
- التنسيق مع الإدارة والأقسام المختلفة لتأمين الاحتياجات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في مجال المشتريات وإدارة المستودعات
- إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج المخزون وExcel
- مهارات جيدة في التنظيم والمتابعة والتفاوض
- الدقة وتحمل المسؤولية والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
