المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعلن احدى شركات الاستثمار وتطوير اعمال حاجتها الى مدير مبيعات براتب يصل الى 3، 000، 000 دينار عراقي يمتلك شخصية قيادية وخبرة قوية في إدارة وقيادة فرق المبيعات
- القدرة على تطوير وتدريب فريق المبيعات وتحقيق النتائج
- قيادة فريق المبيعات وضع الخطط والأهداف متابعة الـTarget تحليل النتائج تطوير أداء الفريق تحسين معدلات التحويل وإغلاق الصفقات ورفع تقارير الأداء للإدارة
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المبيعات وإدارة الفرق
- خبرة مثبتة في تحقيق الـ Sales Target ونمو المبيعات
مهارة في تحليل الأداء ومتابعة مؤشرات الـ KPI
مهارات قوية في القيادة التفاوض الإقناع وإغلاق الصفقات
العمر 35 سنة فما فوق.
