Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Strong background in cost calculation and budget estimation
- Leadership: Excellent leadership skills to manage labor teams and site dynamics effectively
Benefits & Conditions
- Benefits:Attractive Salary + Project-Based Commission
Full Project Management: Oversee the construction and execution of prefab houses، chalets، and extensions (sandwich panel system)
Quantity Surveying & Estimation: Conduct material take-offs، cost estimation، and prepare financial quotations
On-Site Management: Supervise and manage workers، technicians، and installation teams on-site
Quality & Timeline Control: Ensure high-quality execution and strictly on-time project delivery
Coordination: Manage material procurement and coordinate efficiently with suppliers.
Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in Prefab / Sandwich Panel / KIRBY houses within Kuwait or the GCC
Driving License: Valid Kuwaiti driving license is preferred
Location: Must be currently residing inside Kuwait and available to join immediately
