إنشاء الشبكة وحل المشاكل
● دعم وصيانة الحواسيب المكتبية/الحاسوب المحمول
طابعة، وتلفزيون دائري المراقبة والدعم الأساسي للهياكل الأساسية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات
ويندوز، مايكروسوفت 365 ودعم عام لتكنولوجيا المعلومات
الدعم الفني في الموقع عند اﻻقتضاء
الاحتياجات من الموارد
● المؤهﻻت/الشهادات ذات الصلة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات
يفضل أن تكون الخبرة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات قد استمرت سنة واحدة على الأقل
● مهارات عملية في حل المشاكل التقنية
● مهارات جيدة في مجال اﻻتصال وحل المشاكل
● القدرة على العمل المستقل وكجزء من فريق
