استلام وفحص البضاعة فور وصولها ومطابقتها من حيث الكم والنوع والمواصفات المحددة والتأكد من سلامتها والرفع بالتقارير الخاصة بذلك
تنفيذ عمليات إدخال وإخراج البضائع من وإلى المخازن وإعداد السندات الخاصة بها وإجراء المطابقة مع الإدارة المالية
إجراء عمليات الجرد الدوري للمخزون ومطابقة الأرصدة الفعلية مع الأرصدة المسجلة في النظام
حصر المخزون البطيء الحركة والمخزون الراكد بالمخازن والرفع بالتقارير الخاصة بذلك أولاً بأول
ترتيب وتنظيم الأصناف بالمخازن لتسهيل عمليات النقل والمناولة والتعرف عليها والحفاظ على نظافة المخازن بشكل مستمر
تطبيق إجراءات الأمن والسلامة بالمخازن
رفع التقارير الدورية عن حركة المنصرف والوارد من وإلى المخازن
تقديم المقترحات والتوصيات لتطوير العمل.
حاصل على شهادة ثانوية عامة كحد أدنى
توفير ضمانة تجارية مناسبة
شرط أساسي: أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في نفس المحافظة المعلن فيها الوظيفة الشاغرة
