المهام والمسؤوليات
- 1-استلام وتسجيل وفهرسة مستندات المشروع. 2-متابعة الرسومات الهندسية وShop Drawings والإصدارات المختلفة. 3-تسجيل ومتابعة Submittals – RFIs – Transmittals. 4-التأكد من استخدام أحدث الإصدارات المعتمدة من المستندات والرسومات. 5-إعداد وتحديث Document Register وتقارير متابعة المستندات. 6-توزيع المستندات على الجهات والأقسام المختصة وفقًا لنظام المشروع.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- مطلوب للعمل بمشروع بالقاهرة – المقطم مراقب مستندات-Document Controller الاشتراطات: 1-مؤهل عالٍ مناسب. 2-خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال إدارة ومراقبة المستندات. 3-خبرة سابقة في المشروعات الهندسية والإنشائية. 4-إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة إدارة المستندات. 5-القدرة على تنظيم ومتابعة المستندات والتنسيق مع فريق المشروع.
