- تعلن شركة LIORA عن فرصة عمل للمهندسات المعماريات في مدينة حمص. – تهدف الوظيفة إلى إيجاد كفاءات نسائية تمتلك الدقة والقدرة على تطوير الحلول التصميمية وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية واللقطات ثلاثية الأبعاد 3D Rendering. – يجب على المهندسة الالتزام بمعايير الجودة العالية والعمل بتناغم مع الفريق التقني لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بأفضل صورة ممكنة. – الشروط: شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية. – خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين. – إتقان AutoCAD – Revit – SketchUp – Lumion / V-Ray. – القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق. – الالتزام والانضباط وتحمل ضغط العمل. – وجود Portfolio لعرض نماذج من الأعمال السابقة. – المهام: إعداد التصاميم المعمارية والمخططات التنفيذية. – تطوير الأفكار والحلول التصميمية للمشاريع. – إعداد وإخراج اللقطات ثلاثية الأبعاد 3D Rendering. – التنسيق مع فريق العمل ومتابعة التفاصيل التنفيذية. – الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والدقة والمواعيد. – المهارات: إتقان AutoCAD – إتقان Revit – إتقان SketchUp – إتقان Lumion / V-Ray
