- تعلن شركة LIORA المتخصصة في الهندسة المعمارية والتصميم والعقارات عن رغبتها في استقطاب مهندسين معماريين للانضمام إلى فريقها في مدينة حمص. – يتولى المهندس المعماري مسؤولية إعداد التصاميم المعمارية والمخططات التنفيذية. – وتطوير الحلول التصميمية المبتكرة للمشاريع. – بالإضافة إلى إخراج اللقطات ثلاثية الأبعاد 3D Rendering. – والتنسيق مع فريق العمل لضمان دقة التفاصيل التنفيذية والالتزام بمعايير الجودة والمواعيد المحددة. – يتطلب الدور امتلاك شغف بالتصميم المعماري والقدرة على تحويل الأفكار إلى واقع ملموس. – الشروط: شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية. – خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين. – إتقان AutoCAD – Revit – SketchUp – Lumion / V-Ray. – القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق. – الالتزام والانضباط وتحمل ضغط العمل. – وجود Portfolio لعرض نماذج من الأعمال السابقة. – المهام: تطوير الأفكار والحلول التصميمية للمشاريع. – إعداد وإخراج اللقطات ثلاثية الأبعاد 3D Rendering. – التنسيق مع فريق العمل ومتابعة التفاصيل التنفيذية. – الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والدقة والمواعيد. – المهارات: إتقان AutoCAD – إتقان Revit – إتقان SketchUp – إتقان Lumion / V-Ray
