- تعلن شركة كانزا جروب عن توافر الوظائف التالية :- ??#مهندس_مبيعات_مبيدات_زراعية خبره لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات المبيدات ويفضل خبره في قطاع المزارع ??#مهندس_مبيعات_بذور_وأسمده خبره فعلية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس المجال ??المهام الأساسية:- ?بناء العلاقات: التواصل المستمر مع المزارعين وأصحاب الأراضي ومحلات المستلزمات الزراعية. ?الدعم الفني: تشخيص الآفات والأمراض النباتية وتقديم التوصية الفنية للمنتج المناسب من مبيدات وأسمدة. ?تحقيق المستهدف: تنفيذ خطط المبيعات وتحقيق الأرقام المستهدفة للشركة في منطقة جغرافية محددة. ??المتطلبات والمؤهلات:- ?المؤهل العلمي: خريج كلية الزراعة ( وقاية نبات، أمراض نبات، أو شعبة قريبة). ?المهارات الشخصية: مهارات تواصل وعرض وتفاوض قوية جداً مع العملاء. ?المتطلبات الميدانية: رخصة قيادة سارية ويفضل امتلاك سيارة خاصة لطبيعة العمل الميداني في المحافظات أو يتم توفير سيارة. ———————————– ??رواتب وعمولات متميزة ??تأمين صحي وإجتماعي ??أجازات رسمية وسنوية
