Niveau Bac+2 minimum
Expérience obligatoire en centre d’appel ou dans une société de livraison
Expérience dans le traitement des réclamations clients
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
Bonne communication et aisance téléphonique
Sérieuse، organisée et capable de gérer les priorités
Disponible pour travailler en shift de nuit
Conditions du poste : Horaires : 18h00 à 00h00
Jours de travail : du lundi au samedi
Télétravail avec une journée de présence obligatoire au siège.
