المهام والمسؤوليات
- وسيساعد المرشح الذي وقع عليه الاختيار في عمليات الموارد البشرية اليومية ويدعم إدارة الموارد الإنسانية في مختلف المهام، بما فيها
- ● إدارة سجﻻت الموظفين وتوثيقها
● تنسيق التوظيف وتحديد مواعيد المقابلات
● اﻻحتفاظ بملفات وتقارير الموارد البشرية
المساعدة في إدماج الموظفين ومتابعتهم
دعم الحضور والإجازات والمهام الإدارية للموارد البشرية
● التنسيق مع مختلف اﻹدارات فيما يتعلق باحتياجات الموارد البشرية
الاحتياجات من الموارد
● مهارات جيدة في مجالي اﻻتصال والتنظيم
معرفة أساسية بإجراءات ووثائق الموارد البشرية
مهارات الحاسوب (MS Office، إدخال البيانات وإعداد التقارير)
● القدرة على معالجة المعلومات السرية بصورة مهنية
الخريجين الجدد من ذوي الاهتمام القوي بالموارد البشرية مدعوون إلى تقديم طلباتهم
الجنسية المفضلة: هندي/باكستاني
