- المهارات الفنية المطلوبة: إعداد وتطوير التصميمات المعمارية. إعداد 2D Architectural Drawings والرسومات التنفيذية والتفاصيل المعمارية. إعداد المخططات والواجهات والقطاعات والتفاصيل. إعداد وتطوير 3D Models. إعداد 3D Visualization & Architectural Rendering. القدرة على إخراج لوحات Presentation Boards بصورة احترافية. فهم أساسي للتنسيق بين الأعمال المعمارية والإنشائية والكهروميكانيكية MEP يعتبر ميزة إضافية. القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات الهندسية والمواصفات
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- مطلوب مهندسين معماريين – Architectural Engineers يعلن مكتب استشاري معماري عن حاجته إلى مهندسات معماريات للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، وفقًا للشروط التالية: المؤهلات والخبرات: بكالوريوس هندسة معمارية. حديث التخرج أو خبرة عملية من 0 إلى 3 سنوات كحد أقصى. إجادة العمل على المشاريع المعمارية من مرحلة التصميم وحتى إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية. القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والالتزام بالمواعيد ودقة التنفيذ. القدرة على فهم وتطوير التصميمات المعمارية وتحويلها إلى رسومات تنفيذية متكاملة. يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة بمكاتب الاستشارات الهندسية
