- إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية والتفاصيل المعمارية.
- متابعة توافق أعمال التشطيبات مع التصميمات والمواصفات.
- إجادة إعداد الـ3D والـRenderings.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- ف مهندس معماري وتصميم داخلي خبرة 5 سنوات فأكثر نبحث عن مهندس معماري يمتلك خبرة قوية في التصميم المعماري والتصميم الداخلي والإظهار ثلاثي الأبعاد، ويفضل من لديه خبرة في المشروعات التجارية أو الإدارية أو الفندقية.
- التصميم المعماري والتصميم الداخلي للمشروعات.
- اختيار وتنسيق الخامات والألوان والأثاث والإضاءة.
- التنسيق مع الأعمال الإنشائية وMEP.
- خبرة 5 سنوات فأكثر.
- خبرة قوية في التصميم المعماري والـInterior Design.
- القدرة على قراءة وإعداد الرسومات التنفيذية.
