- ضمان الاستقبال الهاتفي والمادي للزوار. – إدارة وتوجيه المكالمات الواردة إلى الجهات المناسبة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- أخذ ونقل الرسائل بدقة.
- تنفيذ مهام الدعم الإداري المختلفة (البريد وحفظ الملفات والمذكرات).
- تدريب في مجال السكرتارية أو أتمتة المكاتب أو ما يعادلها. – عرض ممتاز والشعور بالترحيب.
- إجادة اللغة الفرنسية (شفهيًا وكتابيًا). – التنظيم والدقة والاستجابة. – إتقان الأدوات المكتبية (Word وExcel وOutlook).
