- تحليل احتياجات التوظيف
- تحديد مصادر المواهب واكتسابها: الاستفادة من مجموعة متنوعة من قنوات توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات المتخصصة
- تقييم المهارات الفنية
- المراقبة وإعداد التقارير: تتبع مقاييس التوظيف وتحليل البيانات وإنتاج التقارير بانتظام لتقييم فعالية استراتيجيات التوظيف واقتراح التحسينات.
- خبرة سابقة كمدير توظيف في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات
