- تنظيم ومراقبة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي وعمليات تدقيق العملاء وتدقيق الشهادات (IFS Food، BRC)
- إدارة حالات عدم المطابقة وتنفيذ ومراقبة الإجراءات التصحيحية ومعالجة الشكاوى
منسق جودة صناعة الأغذية
المهام الرئيسية
قيادة ومراقبة خطة تحليل المخاطر ونقاط التحكم الحرجة (HACCP)
ضمان المراقبة التنظيمية المطبقة على قطاع الأغذية الزراعية
تحديد ومتابعة خطط التنظيف والتطهير
تدريب ورفع مستوى الوعي بين الموظفين في ممارسات النظافة الجيدة وسلامة الأغذية
تعاون بشكل وثيق مع فرق الإنتاج والصيانة والخدمات اللوجستية والبحث والتطوير.
