- مطلوب مديرة تسويق وإدارة مركز اتصال (Call Center) للعمل في مدينة الرياض بحي الصحافة. – تشمل المهام وضع وتنفيذ الخطط التسويقية والحملات الإعلانية. – بالإضافة إلى متابعة العملاء وتحويل الاستفسارات إلى حجوزات ومبيعات. – وإدارة فريق الكول سنتر ومتابعة أدائهم لتحقيق المستهدفات. – يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التسويق وإدارة الكول سنتر. – ويفضل من لديها خبرة في المجال الطبي. – مع إجادة استخدام المنصات الرقمية والتمتع بمهارات قيادية. – الشروط: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التسويق وإدارة الكول سنتر – يفضل في المجال الطبي – امتلاك مهارات قيادية – المهام: إدارة فريق الكول سنتر ومتابعة الأداء وتحقيق المستهدفات – القدرة على وضع وتنفيذ الخطط التسويقية والحملات الإعلانية
