نحن نبحث عن مساعد العمليات الجمركية للانضمام إلى فريقنا. المنصب مخصص لمرشح منظم وصارم يرغب في التطور في مجال التجارة الدولية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- · المساعدة في إدارة ملفات الاستيراد والتصدير
- · إعداد المستندات الجمركية ومراقبتها والتحقق من صحتها
- · حفظ المستندات وأرشفتها
المهام الرئيسية
· مراقبة عمليات التخليص الجمركي بالتنسيق مع السلطات المختصة
· ضمان التواصل مع العملاء وشركات النقل والشركاء
· ضمان الامتثال للوائح الجمركية المعمول بها
يوميًا المهام
· إدخال البيانات الإدارية والتحقق منها
· التحكم في الفواتير والشهادات والإقرارات
· مراقبة الشحنات وإدارة المواعيد النهائية
· التنسيق مع الخدمات الداخلية المختلفة
الملف الشخصي المطلوب
· الدبلوم: BTS أو ماجستير في التجارة الدولية أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال مماثل
· معرفة جيدة بالجمارك الإجراءات
· إتقان اللغتين الفرنسية والإنجليزية (كتابيًا وشفهيًا)
· إتقان جيد لأدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات (SINDA، TTN، المكتب)
· المهارات التنظيمية والدقة وروح الفريق
