المهام والمسؤوليات
- جمع احتياجات التوظيف من المشرفين والمديرين من أجل تطوير عروض عمل دقيقة.
- المشاركة في تطوير خطة التوظيف المتوقعة السنوية، بعد التحقق من الصحة.
- إعداد وتخطيط وإجراء المقابلات الهاتفية ومقابلات العمل. الاختيار.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- كتابة وتوزيع عروض العمل على لوحات الوظائف بعد التحقق من الصحة.
- التأكد من الاختيار المسبق للتطبيقات (تحليل السير الذاتية والمؤهلات الهاتفية المسبقة).
- التأكد من تقديم تقارير منتظمة عن التقدم المحرز في التوظيف إلى المديرين المعنيين.
- ضمان مراقبة وتصنيف وأرشفة وثائق الموارد البشرية المتعلقة بالتوظيف والتدريب.
- المشاركة في تحليل احتياجات التدريب وتطوير الفريق.
