المهام والمسؤوليات
- البحث ومراقبة دعوات العطاءات المقابلة لأنشطة الشركة، التشاور ودراسة المواصفات وملفات العطاءات، تحديد وإعداد الوثائق الإدارية المطلوبة، إنشاء ملفات التقديم والتحقق منها ومراقبتها، إدارة التقديمات الإلكترونية على منصة TUNEPS، إعداد ومراقبة طلبات العروض المؤقتة الضمانات، مراقبة طلبات التوضيح والمراسلات المتعلقة بدعوات تقديم العطاءات، مراقبة النتائج والترسية وإخطارات العقود.
- مراقبة العقود منذ منحها حتى إغلاقها، إعداد ومراقبة الوثائق
