نقوم بتوظيف، نيابة عن عملائنا، شركة صناعية تونسية متخصصة في إنتاج العبوات البلاستيكية وشركة تابعة لمجموعة تونسية مشهورة،
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير جدول الإنتاج ومراقبته وتنسيق ورش العمل المختلفة وتحسين الموارد البشرية والمادية.
المهام الرئيسية
تجريب وتنظيم والإشراف على أنشطة الإنتاج من أجل تحقيق أهداف الكمية والجودة والمواعيد النهائية و الإنتاجية.
التأكد من تحسين استهلاك المواد الخام والمواد الاستهلاكية وتقليل الهدر والنفايات.
الإشراف على فرق الإنتاج والتأكد من تنشيطهم وتحفيزهم وتقييمهم وتحديد احتياجات التدريب.
ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الإنتاج والجودة والنظافة والصحة والسلامة في العمل.
المشاركة في نشر ومراقبة أنظمة الجودة ونقاط المراقبة الحرجة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة في العمل.
مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وتحليل الفجوات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والتحسينية اللازمة.
التعاون مع أقسام الصيانة والجودة/الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأقسام الفنية والتجارية لضمان استمرارية وأداء الإنتاج.
ضمان الامتثال التنظيمي فيما يتعلق بالبيئة والصحة والأمن.
