سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً أمام القسم الفني عن ضمان التركيب والتشغيل والتشخيص والصيانة والدعم الفني لمعداتنا في مواقع عملائنا.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- رخصة قيادة.
المهام الرئيسية
تثبيت المعدات وتشغيلها وضبطها الصناعية.
تشخيص الأعطال والتأكد من حلها.
إجراء عمليات الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
إجراء التدخلات الفنية للعملاء.
تقديم الدعم الفني عن بعد وفي الموقع.
تدريب المستخدمين على استخدام المعدات.
تحديد المشكلات الفنية واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
المشاركة في تحسين أداء المنشآت.
تأكد من المراقبة الفنية للمعدات بعد التدخل.
اكتب تقارير التدخل وتأكد من تحديث الوثائق الفنية.
تعاون مع الفرق التجارية والفنية لضمان حسن سير المشاريع.
