التنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والتجارية والتشغيلية لضمان كفاءة الخدمة
تحليل الشكاوى وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة
مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وإعداد تقارير النشاط
