- تحت إشراف مدير التحصيل.
- اعتني بالعملاء الذين يعانون من تأخيرات في الدفع المبكر، وفقًا لخطط العمل التي تحددها إدارة التحصيلات.
كجزء من إنشاء وهيكلة قسم الإنعاش، تقوم Microcred SA بتعيين
له المهام هي كما يلي
التأكد من إرسال تذكيرات هاتفية للعملاء قبل مواعيد استحقاقها وفي وقت قريب منها.
تحقق من تفاصيل الاتصال بالعملاء وقم بتحديثها.
المشاركة في حملات الاسترداد والإجراءات المخصصة التي تنفذها مجموعة الإدارة.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب
دبلوم مستوى Bac+3 في الإدارة والمالية والتجارة، المحاسبة.
تعد الخبرة السابقة في علاقات العملاء أو مركز الاتصال أو التحصيل أحد الأصول.
مهارات اتصال ممتازة وسهولة في التحدث عبر الهاتف.
حس الإقناع والاستماع والتفاوض.
الدقة والتنظيم والقدرة على العمل مع الأهداف الكمية.
الشعور بالنزاهة والسرية واحترام الإجراءات.
إتقان تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأدوات المكتبية.
