المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ومتابعة تنفيذ المشاريع من البداية حتى التسليم.
- متابعة الجدول الزمني والميزانية وجودة التنفيذ.
- إدارة فريق العمل والتنسيق مع المقاولين واستلام البنود.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن سير المشروع. ? الشروط
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- حل مشكلات وتحديات الموقع.
- بكالوريوس هندسة (مدني أو معماري).
- خبرة 4–5 سنوات في التشطيبات فقط.
- خبرة فعلية في إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع سكنية.
- مهارات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت وقيادة فريق العمل. ? للتقديم: لو عندك
