نقوم بالتوظيف نيابة عن شركة نفط رائدة متعددة الجنسيات، معترف بها دوليًا، يشرف مدير التعبئة على جميع عمليات تعبئة وتغليف مواد التشحيم وينسقها، بما يتوافق مع جدول الإنتاج وQHSSE (الجودة والنظافة والسلامة والصحة البيئة).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- 1. تنظيم الإنتاج
- تنظيم الموارد البشرية والآلات والتغليف لضمان التنفيذ الفعال والآمن.
المهمات
الإشراف على عمليات التعبئة والتغليف وتنسيقها وفقًا لجدول الإنتاج المعتمد.
تخطيط الأنشطة اليومية وتوزيع المشغلين وفقًا لأولويات الإنتاج.
- الجودة والامتثال
تأكد من امتثال العمليات لمعايير الجودة (الكمية والوزن ووضع العلامات والنظافة وتحديد المنتج).
ضمان الامتثال لمعايير QHSSE.
المشاركة في تحليل المخاطر وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراقبة الأداء
مراقبة أداء خطوط التعبئة لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج.
تقليل وقت التوقف عن العمل وتحسين كفاءة المعدات.
مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية: أحجام المنتج، ومعدلات العيوب، والخسائر، وأداء الماكينة.
