الوصف الوظيفي
تقديم التقارير مباشرة إلى مساعد الإدارة الرئيسي، ستكون مهمتك هي مساعدتها بشكل يومي في الإدارة الشاملة للمهام الإدارية والمالية والتجارية للشركة.

ستسمح لك مرحلة الدعم هذه بالاستيعاب التدريجي لأساليب عمل الشركة ومجموعة منتجاتها المسوقة والحصول سريعًا على الاستقلالية عبر النطاق بأكمله.
المهام الرئيسية
مراقبة الفواتير والمحاسبة: إنشاء وإصدار فواتير العملاء، والتحقق من المستندات الداعمة والحفاظ على السجلات محدثة.
التجميع: مراقبة صارمة للمدفوعات، وإدارة تذكيرات العملاء (عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني) ومعالجة المبالغ غير المدفوعة الديون.
المشتريات والتوريدات: إدخال وإصدار ومراقبة أوامر الشراء من الموردين، وتنسيق عمليات التسليم ومراقبة الإيصالات.
التنقيب والدعم التجاري: المساعدة في التنقيب الإداري، وتحديث قواعد بيانات العملاء والمساعدة في تذكير الاتصالات
