- مسئول حسابات ? موقع العمل: دكرنس – الدقهلية. ? الوصف العام للوظيفة: يتولى مسئول الموردين إدارة وتنظيم كافة المعاملات المالية والرقابية الخاصة بالموردين وحركة المخازن، ويشمل ذلك مراجعة الأرصدة، إجراء المطابقات الدورية، ومتابعة حركة عينات الإنتاج، لضمان سير الدورة المستندية والمالية للمصنع بدقة وكفاءة.
- إدارة الحسابات والمطابقات
- إدارة حركة العينات.
- المهارات الشخصية: مهارات اتصال وتفاوض قوية للتعامل اليومي الفعال مع الموردين، والقدرة على تنظيم الوقت وإعداد تقارير دقيقة. ? المزايا والرواتب
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الرقابة على المخازن والأسعار.
- .التقارير المالية الخاصة بمدفوعات الموردين ورفعها إلكترونياً. ? الشروط والمتطلبات
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في حسابات الموردين (يفضل في مجال تصنيع الملابس أو المصانع).
- المهارات التقنية: إجادة تامة لاستخدام برنامج Excel والتعامل مع التقارير الرقمية والسحابية.
- الراتب: مجزى (يحدد بدقة حسب الخبرة والكفاءة في المقابلة الشخصية).بيئة عمل احترافية ومستقرة. المتطلباتخبره اكثر من ٤ سنوات فى حسابات الموردين
