- إدارة أداء القسم وتحسينه (المنتجات والترويج والعروض الترويجية).
- إدارة طلبات المنتجات والأسهم، بالتعاون مع الموردين.
- إتقان أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات (برامج إدارة المخزون، وتسجيل النقد، وما إلى ذلك).
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- ضمان المظهر المناسب وعرض المنتجات على الرفوف، مع احترام معايير النظافة والسلامة.
- تحليل المبيعات والتوصية بالإجراءات التي سيتم تنفيذها لتحقيق الأهداف التجارية
- الإشراف على وتدريب فريق من مندوبي المبيعات لضمان جودة خدمة العملاء.
- تنفيذ خطط الترويج لزيادة جاذبية الإدارة.
- المشاركة في الرسوم المتحركة للمتجر من خلال الإجراءات التجارية والعمليات الترويجية.
- درجة البكالوريوس، درجة الماجستير في الإدارة (التجارة والتوزيع والإدارة وما يعادلها)
