تقوم HR House International بالتوظيف نيابة عن أحد عملائها، وهي شركة كبرى ورائدة في مجالها، تعمل في البناء والأشغال العامة: مساعد موارد بشرية (M/F) المهام: الحصول على المهمة الرئيسية المتمثلة في مساعدة الموارد البشرية في الإدارة اليومية لوظيفة الموارد البشرية وضمان التنسيق المناسب للأنشطة داخل قسم الموارد البشرية، سيُطلب منك
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في إدارة ومراقبة المهارات: تقييم المهارات، ومراقبة التدريب، والتوصيف الوظيفي، وما إلى ذلك،
- المساهمة في تنظيم ومراقبة إجراءات التدريب.
- المشاركة في تطوير تقارير التدريب التربوي ورصد مؤشرات التدريب.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- المشاركة في عملية التوظيف: فرز السير الذاتية واختيارها مسبقًا، وتنظيم المقابلات ومراقبتها،
- ضمان المراقبة الإدارية لأنشطة الموارد البشرية والمساهمة في تحديث بيانات وملفات الموظفين
- الملف الشخصي المطلوب: حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الموارد البشرية أو الإدارة أو مجال مشابه، ولديك خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في منصب مماثل
- إتقان جيد للأدوات المكتبية.
- حس التنظيم والصرامة والتقدير.
- مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين وروح الفريق
