المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحسين أداء الفريق: اقتراح وتنفيذ حلول التحسين حول موضوعات السلامة والجودة وسلامة الأغذية، التخزين / النظافة والصيانة والموارد البشرية والإنتاج، تطوير التواصل والتنسيق الفعال مع فرق وإدارات دعم التصنيع الأخرى (الجودة والصيانة والخدمات اللوجستية والموارد البشرية): إعداد وقيادة الاجتماعات اليومية، ضمان تسليم الوظائف وتقارير الوظائف، تحسين أداء الفريق: تطوير التماسك والتنسيق والتواصل وموازنة/تحكيم الموارد، تجربة إجراءات تنمية مهارات الفريق ودعم مديري القطاع: تحديد الأهداف والتوجهات والتقييمات والتدريب والمشاركة والمعلومات وإعداد خطط التعاقب، تطوير وتعزيز الممارسات السلوكية الجيدة: دعم مديري القطاع في التعامل مع التناقضات، المشاركة في تحسين الأداء العام للشركة وقراراتها: إعداد اجتماعات الإنتاج الشهرية، واقتراح
