- يجب أن تمتلك خبرة لا تقل عن ست سنوات بعد التخرج
- يجب أن تكون لديك خبرة في العمل لدى شركة محاماة دولية أو مكتب محاماة خاص، وتُعدّ الخبرة في قانون دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ميزة إضافية
- كما يُفضّل بشدة امتلاك خبرة في العمل مع أو داخل الجهات الحكومية أو شبه الحكومية أو السيادية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بما في ذلك الإلمام بعمليات المشتريات الحكومية، وأطر حوكمة القطاع العام، والتفاعل مع الهيئات التنظيمية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
