- السن : من 18 سنة حتى 35 سنة. الإمتيازات
- علاوة حضورشهرية : 350 درهم.
- علاوة الليل: الساعات التي تُعمل في الوردية الليلية تُدفع بزيادة 20%.
- قسائم شراء بقيمة 300 درهم للفرد لفائدة أفضل فريق.
- قسائم شراء بقيمة 300 درهم للفرد لتشجيع أكثر المساهمين في إعطاء أفكار هادفة للتحسين المستمر.
- علاوة التمدرس ( عند كل دخول مدرسي ) : 400 درهم عن كل طفل.
- علاوة الأداء السنوية تصل إلى 3000درهم.
- علاوة عيد الفطر تصل إلى 400 درهم.
- علاوة عيد الأضحى تصل إلى 1000 درهم.
- بالإضافة إلى قسائم الشراء التي يمكن الفوز بها بقيمة 1000 درهم للفرد.
- نقل مضمون من طرف الشركة.
- توفر مقصف داخل الشركة
