- كجزء من تطويره، تقوم شركة STG Telematics Morocco، ومقرها طنجة، بتعيين مضيفة استقبال وتجميع من أجل تعزيز فريقها وتنفيذ مهام الاستقبال والإدارة الإدارية ومراقبة التحصيل بشكل فعال.
- إدارة المكالمات الواردة والتأكد من تحويلها إلى الإدارات المعنية.
- تنظيم ومتابعة المواعيد والزيارات.
- التأكد من صيانة منطقة الاستقبال وتنظيمها بشكل جيد.
- متابعة ملفات استرداد العملاء.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- Information Systems
- ضمان الاستقبال الفعلي والهاتفي للعملاء والزوار والشركاء والمتعاونين.
- توجيه الزوار والاستجابة لطلباتهم باحترافية ولياقة.
- الترحيب بالمرشحين وتوجيههم أثناء مقابلات التوظيف.
- استلام وتسجيل وتوزيع البريد والطرود.
