- تقوم شركة Tectra بتعيين موظف كشوف المرتبات في برشيد لأحد عملائها. المهام: كمدير كشوف المرتبات، ستكون مهامك الرئيسية هي
- إنشاء ملفات الموظفين وإكمالها،
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد شهادات العمل.
- إدارة ملفات CNSS. الملف الشخصي المطلوب
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- إبرام عقود العمل.
- ضمان مراقبة ضبط الوقت والإجازات مدفوعة الأجر،
- معالجة الرواتب والودائع.
- تحرير قسائم الدفع.
- مراقبة وتحرير الفواتير.
- التدريب على Bac+2/4 ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في المحاسبة والإدارة، أو في الاقتصاد وإدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في منصب مماثل أمر ضروري.
- الإلمام الجيد ببرنامج Excel ورموز العمل إلزامي
