المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الارتباط بين مختلف أصحاب المصلحة، أي الإدارات والشركات والمقاولين ومكاتب الدراسات. – إدارة المجموعات الفنية المكونة من معماريين ومهندسين وفنيين. – توظيف وتقييم المديرين التنفيذيين الفنيين – التفاعلات مع الإدارات (ONAS، STEG، المعدات، البلديات وما إلى ذلك) – التفاعلات مع مكاتب التصميم ومكاتب المراقبة – التفاوض على العقود مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن عشر سنوات في المجالين الفني والإداري. – مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد. – سهولة التعامل مع الشركات والإدارات. – القدرة على مواجهة التحديات الجديدة وإكمال المشاريع وقيادة وتحفيز الفريق والشعور الجيد بالتواصل.
- المعرفة بالهندسة المعمارية ومواقع البناء والشركات مرغوبة.
