- تعلن شركة أو سي القابضة (OC Holding) عن حاجتها إلى ممثلة استقبال (Reception Representative) للعمل بنظام الدوام الكامل لدعم علامة تجارية جديدة للمجوهرات الفاخرة في الدوحة، قطر.
- استقبال العملاء والزوار والموردين بطريقة احترافية وتوفير تجربة متميزة تعكس هوية العلامة التجارية الفاخرة.
- إدارة مكالمات الاستقبال، الرسائل، جدولة المواعيد، وزيارات صالة العرض والاستشارات.
- تُفضل الخبرة السابقة في مجالات المجوهرات، الأزياء الفاخرة، الضيافة، أو إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي والتجارة الإلكترونية.
الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف، واتساب، البريد الإلكتروني، وحسابات التواصل الاجتماعي .
دعم نشاطات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بنشر المحتوى والمساعدة في التفاعل وتنظيم الصور والفيديوهات مع فريق التسويق.
إنجاز المهام الإدارية وتنظيم المكتب والتنسيق مع المصممين والمصورين والموردين.
ضمان ظهور منطقة الاستقبال ومناطق الاجتماعات بمعايير ممتازة من الأناقة والنظافة.
الشروط
طلاقة تامة في اللغتين الروسية والإنجليزية (شرط أساسي).
مظهر احترافي وأسلوب راقٍ في التعامل وخدمة العملاء.
مهارات ممتازة في استخدام تطبيقات التواصل الاجتماعي والبرامج المكتبية.
إتقان اللغة العربية يُعد ميزة إضافية قوية.
