- إدارة القاعات التدريبية بفاعلية وتقديم العروض التقديمية وتصميم الأنشطة التعليمية.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- مؤهل أكاديمي في اللغة العربية، التربية، اللغويات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تدريس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها (خاصة للفئات العمالية والمحترفين الكبار).
تعلن مركز ليدرز للتدريب (Leaders Training Centre) عن حاجته إلى مدرب / مدرس لغة عربية لغير الناطقين بها (Arabic Trainer/Instructor – Bilingual) للعمل بنظام الدوام الكامل والعقد الدائم في الدوحة، قطر.
تدريس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها بمختلف المستويات (من المبتدئ إلى المتقدم).
تدريب المتدربين على المهارات الأساسية (المحادثة، الاستماع، القراءة، والكتابة) والاتصال المهني في بيئة العمل.
شرح القواعد والمفردات والنطق بطرق مبسطة وتفاعلية تتناسب مع الكبار والمحترفين.
الشروط
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية للتواصل مع الإدارة وإجراء التدريبات المهنية عند الحاجة.
التواجد داخل دولة قطر (أفضلية) والقدرة على العمل الميداني بالكامل (Onsite).
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والسلوك المهني داخل البيئة التدريبية.
