المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير أداء وإنتاجية الفريق من خلال خطط عمل مكيفة
- التأكد من نظافة وصيانة مناطق البيع. ? الملف الشخصي المطلوب النتائج والموجه نحو التحدي مجهز بقيادة حقيقية منظم وقادر على إدارة العديد من الأولويات مريح في تحليل البيانات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية متواصل وقادر على تقديم تعليقات بناءة مستقل وتحليلي واستباقي مستجيب وقادر على إدارة مواقف التوتر والصراع قادر على توحيد وتطوير فريق مبدع ومنفتح على الابتكار
دعم وتحفيز وتطوير الموظفين بشكل يومي
تقييم الأداء الفردي وتحديد نقاط القوة ومجالات التحسين
ضمان الإدارة المثلى للمخزونات والتدفقات، فضلا عن دقة المخزون
ضمان الامتثال لصورة العلامة التجارية ومعايير التجارة المرئية
