المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة الشكاوى والمساهمة في تحسين رضا العملاء
- التخطيط تطوير ومراقبة جداول الإنتاج بناءً على الطلبات والقدرات المتاحة
مهامك الرئيسية علاقات العملاء هي جهة الاتصال المفضلة للعملاء وضمان المراقبة المنتظمة للطلبات
تتبع الطلبات من الاستلام إلى التسليم
إبلاغ العملاء بتقدم الإنتاج والتأخيرات المحتملة
توقع المشاكل واقتراح الحلول من أجل احترام الالتزامات
تنسيق الاحتياجات مع أقسام الإنتاج والأساليب والشراء والتوريد والجودة والخدمات اللوجستية
مراقبة تقدم الطلبات بشكل يومي وتحديد الانحرافات عن الجدول الزمني
