المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة المخزون: مراقبة حركات المخزون (الإدخالات/المخارج)، وإجراء عمليات الجرد والإبلاغ عن احتياجات التجديد.
- في إدارة المخزون والتخزين (مثالي في الصناعة/الكيميائية البيئة).
المهام الرئيسية
المخزون والمستودعات: استلام البضائع (البراميل والمنصات النقالة والحاويات) وفحصها وتخزينها وتحميلها وفقًا للمعايير الأمان.
الفواتير والإدارة: إنشاء ملاحظات التسليم (BL)، وإدخال فواتير العملاء وتعديلها عند شحن الطلبات.
الحفاظ على المستودع نظيفًا ومنظمًا وآمنًا.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب
الخبرة المطلوبة
الكفاءة في أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات الأساسية (الفوترة/برامج الإدارة التجارية، Excel).
الكفاءة في التعامل مع المعدات (شاحنة البليت، الرافعة الشوكية).
