- كجزء من تعزيز فريقنا، نحن نبحث عن محاسب صارم ومنظم ومستقل، يتمتع بخبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 2 إلى 3 سنوات في منصب مماثل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في إعداد العناصر اللازمة للإقرارات الضريبية والاجتماعية وإصدارها لشركة المحاسبة.
- إعداد مدفوعات الموردين (ERP) ومراقبة المواعيد النهائية.
- إعداد ملفات الدفع والمستندات (الضريبة المقتطعة (Tej)، والمسودات، والشيكات، والتحويل، وخطابات الاعتماد، ).
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 2 إلى 3 سنوات في منصب مماثل.
ضمان مراقبة العملاء والموردين الحسابات.
التأكد من العلاقة مع شركة المحاسبة الخارجية.
المشاركة في عمليات الجرد.
إدخال فواتير الشراء وتحرير فواتير العملاء (ERP).
مراقبة مدفوعات العملاء.
إدخال المستندات المحاسبية ومراقبتها وتصنيفها (المبيعات، والنقد، والبنوك، والمشتريات، والعمليات المختلفة).
الملف الشخصي المطلوب
تدريب أعلى في المحاسبة أو المالية أو الإدارة أو مجال مماثل.
إتقان جيد لبرنامج Excel والأدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
معرفة جيدة بالإجراءات المحاسبية والمالية.
يعد الكفاءة في برامج المحاسبة أحد الأصول.
الدقة والتنظيم والشعور بالمسؤولية.
