الأساسية: ?الخبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة، منها 7 سنوات على الأقل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. ?المؤهل بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية معتمد من الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين بدرجة مهندس مستشار أو محترف ?المعرفة الفنية خبرة تامة بمواصفات وزارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية (MOT)، وكود الطرق السعودي، واشتراطات الأمانات والبلديات. ?الشهادات شهادة PMP إضافة الى القدرة على التعامل منصات إدارة المشاريع الحكومية.
