- تقوم شركة Tectra بتعيين كشوف المرتبات موظف لأحد عملائنا في القنيطرة
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المهام: كمدير كشوف المرتبات، ستكون مهامك الرئيسية هي: إنشاء ملفات الموظفين وإكمالها إنشاء عقود العمل. ضمان مراقبة ضبط الوقت والإجازات مدفوعة الأجر. معالجة الرواتب والودائع. تحرير قسائم الدفع. فحص وتحرير الفواتير. إعداد شهادات العمل. إدارة ملفات CNSS. الملف الشخصي المطلوب: التدريب على Bac+2/4 ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في المحاسبة والإدارة، أو في الاقتصاد وإدارة الأعمال. من الضروري وجود خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في منصب مماثل. يعد الإتقان الجيد لبرنامج Excel ورموز العمل إلزاميًا
