شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- عمل رئيسي/ثاني
- مسؤول عن المناقصات للأسواق العامة والخاصة، متاح، مسؤول، نشط، وجيد التنظيم.
- يشترط الخبرة في المجال لا تقل عن خمس سنوات أو أكثر، وأن يكون حاصلا على شهادة البكالوريا بالإضافة إلى ثلاث سنوات أو أكثر.
- توقع احتياجات الأسواق المقابلة لأنشطة شركتك.
- الرجوع يومياً إلى مصادر نشر طلبات المناقصات الخاصة والعامة.
- تحديد المشاورات والتأهيل المسبق: تحليل DCEs كميًا (مبالغ العقود والمواعيد النهائية) ونوعيًا (الجوانب القانونية والفنية).
- ضمان العلاقات مع الإدارات المعنية: المبيعات والتسويق والفنية والإدارية والقانونية. 2/الرد على طلبات المناقصات
- كتابة الجزء الإداري من الردود على طلبات المناقصات والتأكد من ملاءمتها التامة لكافة متطلبات المواصفات.
