المهام والمسؤوليات

الرئيسية: ✅ إعداد وتنفيذ خطط تدقيق قائمة على المخاطر تتوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للبنك. ✅ إجراء تدقيقات الفروع والعمليات وفق أفضل الممارسات والالتزام بالسياسات الداخلية. ✅ إعداد تقارير تدقيق مفصلة مع توصيات لتحسين الضوابط الداخلية. ✅ متابعة تنفيذ توصيات التدقيق وضمان حل القضايا بشكل فعال. ✅ تقييم المخاطر والامتثال لمتطلبات البنك المركزي العماني. ✅ تقديم الاستشارات للفرق المختلفة لتعزيز الكفاءة وضبط العمليات. ✅ تنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين وجهات الرقابة لضمان جودة التدقيق. ✅ إدارة الوثائق والالتزام بسياسات البنك.

: ✅ شهادة بكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. ✅ شهادات مهنية مثل CIA، CISA، أو ACCA مفضلة. ✅ خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التدقيق الداخلي، إدارة المخاطر، أو الامتثال.
